Job Title: CEO Office InternAbout the Role
We are looking for a proactive and organized CEO Office Intern to support daily executive coordination activities. The role involves managing meeting schedules, updating data, maintaining reports, and ensuring smooth communication between departments and the CEO.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate meetings for the CEO
- Update and maintain meeting calendars and follow-ups
- Upload and manage operational data in Excel/Google Sheets
- Prepare reports, meeting notes, and summaries
- Track daily tasks and maintain documentation
- Coordinate with teams for updates and status reports
- Send reminders and ensure timely follow-ups
Requirements
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets knowledge
- Basic knowledge of formulas, filters, formatting, and reporting
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Attention to detail and professionalism
- Freshers and graduates can apply
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Google Workspace tools
- Ability to prepare reports and dashboards
- Good follow-up and multitasking ability
