Description: The position is responsible for the Business of 25-30 branches and the Support Functions of assigned region. He works with the senior management to drive the Business Strategy and Plans of the Region, manage growth plans for his/her region, oversee the functioning of the Regional Office (RO) and will be responsible for Customer Acquisition & Revenue Growth, Process and Regulatory Compliance, Team Management and Records Maintenance & MI. He/she will work closely with functions like Risk, Audit and support functions (Finance, HR, Administration, IT, etc.) as well as external stakeholders to support the achievement of the vision and mission of the organization. Other key responsibilities include providing administrative support to ZO/HO in liaising with local administrative authorities for legal matters related to regional operations and preparing different performance-related reports. Regional Manager must ensure that himself/herself and team members follow Arohan’s core values, code of ethics and other institutional policies.
