Job Summary
We are hiring a Sales Engineer based in Ludhiana, Punjab with 1 to 3 years of experience in the cutting tools industry. The role involves promoting our CAM software to CNC machining customers, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting customer success. Ideal for candidates with a technical background and a passion for manufacturing and sales
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell SolidCAM software solutions to potential clients, focusing on manufacturing industries using cutting tools and CNC machines.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
- Understand customer machining requirements and provide tailored CAM solutions.
- Build strong relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
- Work closely with technical teams to deliver software demos, trials, and post-sales support.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Production Engineering or related field.
- 1–3 years of sales or application experience in the cutting tools industry is preferred.
- Basic understanding of CNC machining, tooling, or CAM software.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
Preferred Skills
- Prior exposure to CAM software (e.g., SolidCAM, Mastercam, Fusion 360, etc.).
- Knowledge of CNC machines and tooling processes.
- Familiarity with the manufacturing sector, especially SMEs and job shops.
Pay: ₹11,857.38 - ₹30,000.00 per month
