Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain network infrastructure including firewalls, SSL/IPSec VPNs, VLANs, DHCP, DNS, routing, and web filtering across multi-site environments.
- Deploy and support wireless networks using Ruckus, Cambium, D-Link, and TP-Link access points with centralized controllers.
- Administer and secure Windows and Linux systems, ensuring infrastructure availability and performance.
- Handle user onboarding/offboarding, email account setup, and access-right management.
- Manage COSEC VYOM biometric attendance, door access control, IP CCTV systems, and NVR storage.
- Maintain server room infrastructure, structured cabling, UniFlow print services, and ID card printing using Cardpresso.
- Provide Tier 2/3 remote support through Zoho ManageEngine and resolve complex network and system issues.
- Perform desktop, laptop, and printer troubleshooting, including chip-level motherboard diagnostics and component-level repairs.
