- Conduct complete PDI of new vehicles before customer delivery.
- Inspect vehicle exterior, interior, electrical systems, lights, tyres, battery, fluids, and safety equipment.
- Check vehicle for any manufacturing, transportation, or handling-related defects.
- Perform basic functional checks of AC, infotainment, sensors, cameras, power windows, central locking, etc.
- Verify vehicle warning lights and instrument-cluster functions.
- Check battery condition, tyre pressure, fluid levels, and other essential parameters.
- Conduct diagnostic checks using approved diagnostic equipment when required.
- Identify defects and coordinate with the Service/Workshop team for rectification.
- Re-inspect vehicles after rectification and confirm that all issues are resolved.
- Ensure accessories fitted to the vehicle are properly installed and functioning.
- Maintain accurate PDI checklists and inspection records.
- Ensure vehicles are properly prepared and meet delivery standards.
- Coordinate with Sales, Service, Accessories, and Delivery teams for timely vehicle delivery.
- Report major technical issues to the Service Manager/Workshop In-Charge.
- Ensure all PDI activities follow Tata Motors and dealership quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper handling of vehicles during the inspection process.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
