We are looking for a responsible and result-oriented COO / Group Operations Head to manage daily operations, improve branch performance, and support business growth. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily operations of all 5 branches. Monitor new OPs, patient visits, conversions, collections, and branch-wise revenue. Supervise branch in-charges, receptionists, physiotherapists, PROs, and support staff. Ensure staff attendance, uniform discipline, punctuality, and professional behaviour. Track patient follow-ups, missed calls, enquiries, and treatment conversions. Monitor Google reviews, patient feedback, and service quality. Coordinate doctor referral follow-ups and local marketing activities. Check billing, pending payments, expenses, and daily reports. Visit branches regularly and submit weekly performance reports to management. Identify branch problems and take corrective action. Support expansion plans and standard operating systems. Candidate Requirements: Experience in healthcare, hospital, clinic, diagnostics, pharmacy, or multi-branch operations preferred. Strong leadership and team-handling skills. Ability to travel between branches. Good communication and reporting skills. Target-oriented and disciplined. Basic knowledge of billing, patient coordination, staff management, and marketing follow-up. Physiotherapy or healthcare background is an added advantage but not mandatory. Performance Expectations: Improve monthly revenue branch-wise. Increase new patient walk-ins and conversions. Improve staff discipline and patient satisfaction. Ensure regular Google reviews and patient feedback. Maintain smooth daily operations without owner involvement in routine issues. Compensation: Fixed salary based on experience and capability. Monthly performance incentives based on revenue, reviews, discipline, and branch growth. 3-month probation period before confirmation.
