Job Title: HR Manager

Reporting To: Management / Director
Job Purpose:
The HR Manager will independently manage and oversee the complete HR function of the organization, ensuring smooth execution of HR processes, employee engagement, statutory compliance, and adherence to company policies and applicable labour laws.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, transfers, promotions, confirmations, and exits.
- Handle manpower planning, recruitment, selection, and coordination with hiring managers.
- Manage attendance, leave, payroll inputs, employee records, and HRMS.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements, including PF, ESIC, PT, Bonus, Gratuity, POSH, and other applicable regulations.
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and systems.
- Coordinate with payroll consultants and statutory consultants wherever required.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, performance management, and employee relations.
- Maintain accurate and confidential personnel records and HR documentation.
- Plan and coordinate employee training, development, and engagement activities.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, manpower reports, and management updates.
- Ensure timely completion of statutory filings, audits, and compliance requirements.
- Support management in HR-related decision-making and organizational development initiatives.
Candidate Profile:
- Graduate/MBA/PG in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
- 7–12 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in logistics, transportation, manufacturing, or a similar industry.
- Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance.
- Good communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong MS Excel and HRMS knowledge.
- Ability to independently manage the complete HR function.
