Key Responsibilities:
· Provides leadership and direction in the operations of the hospital.
· To implement the NABH Standards and institutionalize into hospital functioning
· Collaborates with the hospital Directors in establishing short and long range goals for the hospital
· Promotes service excellence and continuous improvement philosophies and initiatives.
· Ensure smooth functioning of the hospital by coordinating with all department coordinators and assuring the utmost satisfaction of the customers.
· Maintains effective and professional working relationship with the Medical staff / Nursing staff and other patient care disciplines for the purpose of providing the best possible care for patients.
· Supervises immediate subordinates in their performance of assigned responsibilities, providing advice, assistance and guidance as necessary.
· Regularly tours the area Hospital & centre’s facilities and service areas to solicit feedback regarding performance of administrative staff.
· Ensures compliance with all local, state and federal laws and regulations.
· Coordinating and implementing the quality improvement program.
Note: Any Other responsibility given by senior authorities
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
