Position:- General Manager – Finance & Accounts
Industry :-Manufacturing – Metallic Can & Plastic Containers and Paints Processing.
Qualification:-
- Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory
Experience
- 15 Years of experience in Finance & Accounts
- Experience in handling multiple manufacturing plants on a PAN India basis
- Strong exposure to manufacturing industry accounting and financial controls

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee complete Finance & Accounts operations across multiple manufacturing plants in India
- Handle finalization of accounts, preparation of Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, and financial statements
- Ensure accurate and timely financial accounting and reporting
- Monitor plant-wise accounting, costing, inventory valuation, and financial controls
- Ensure compliance with GST, Income Tax, TDS, and other statutory requirements
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
- Manage cash flow, banking, working capital, and fund management
- Coordinate with auditors and banks.
- Implement and strengthen internal financial controls and compliance systems
- Prepared MIS reports and delivered financial insights to management to support decision-making and quarterly financial presentations before Board meetings.
- Ensure smooth ERP/SAP-based accounting operations across locations
