- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of CNC machines.
- Diagnose faults in CNC systems, PLCs, servo drives, motors, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
- Maintain machine accuracy, alignment, and operational efficiency.
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems in CNC turning centers, VMCs, HMCs, and related equipment.
- Monitor machine performance and recommend improvements.
- Coordinate with production teams to minimize downtime.
- Maintain maintenance records, service reports, and spare parts inventory.
- Install and commission new CNC machines and accessories.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintenance procedures.
- Support AMC/service activities at customer sites if required.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
