We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) with 6 months to 1 year of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, counseling prospective clients, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving business targets.Key Responsibilities:Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, and follow-ups.Handle inquiries and convert leads into customers/admissions.Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.Maintain regular communication with prospects and existing clients.Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.Update and maintain lead information in CRM/software.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.Prepare daily and weekly sales reports.Build and maintain strong customer relationships.Required Skills:Good communication and interpersonal skills.Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.Good follow-up and customer handling skills.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in any discipline.6 months to 1 year of experience in Business Development, Sales, Telecalling, or Customer Relationship Management.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per month
