Position: Service Manager
Location: Coimbatore - Saibaba Colony
Experience: Minimum 3 Years as a Service Manager
Job Duties
- Manage the overall operations of the service centre.
- Lead, guide, and motivate the service team to achieve business goals.
- Ensure efficient job allocation and timely vehicle delivery.
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Monitor workshop performance and improve operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with technicians and other departments for smooth service operations.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and service procedures.
- Review service reports and track team performance.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Service Manager.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Good understanding of automobile service and workshop operations.
- Excellent communication and customer relationship skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Office and service management software is preferred.
