We're hiring Field Activation Executives for a mobility-focused field project in Varanasi.
As a Field Activation Executive, you'll engage with auto-rickshaw and e-rickshaw drivers, help them complete the registration process, assist with profile setup, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit assigned areas and connect with drivers
- Explain the registration process and answer basic queries
- Assist with account setup and required documentation
- Ensure onboarding is completed accurately
- Report daily activities and progress to the team
Candidate Requirements
- Comfortable working in the field
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Android smartphone with internet access
- Self-motivated and willing to travel within the city
- Freshers are encouraged to apply
