Secretarial & Compliance Work
- Prepare and file necessary forms with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) (such as annual returns and financial statements).
- Maintain statutory books, registers, and records for various client businesses.
- Help clients draft legal documents, shareholder agreements, and contracts. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
2. Client Advisory & Auditing
- Provide legal opinions to clients on the Companies Act 2013, SEBI regulations, and FEMA.
- Conduct Secretarial Audits (official legal checks) to ensure client firms are following standard rules.
- Assist clients in the incorporation (starting) of new companies or LLPs.
3. Board & General Meetings
- Draft agendas, send meeting notices, and prepare briefing papers for client board meetings and General Meetings.
- Attend meetings, record official minutes, and track tasks that need to be finished afterward.
Job Requirements
- Qualification: A valid membership with the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) (ACS or FCS).
- Software Skills: Good knowledge of MCA portal e-filing and MS Office.
- Soft Skills: Clear speaking, attention to detail, and time management to handle multiple client tasks at once.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
