Job Description:
HR Operations & Administration:
- Administer payroll, statutory filings (PF, ESI), and employee benefits.
- Maintain accurate HRIS data and records, focusing on data integrity.
- Oversee onboarding, offboarding, and training.
Labor Compliance & Relations:
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and union agreements (if applicable) at the branch level.
- Manage employee lifecycles and vendor compliance.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and worker counselling.
Workforce Support:
- Manage shift rosters, attendance, and leave administration to align with schedules.
- Support recruitment for shopfloor, technical, and administrative roles.
Process Improvement & Analytics:
- Standardize HR processes and drive automation to improve efficiency.
- Track key HR metrics (e.g., turnover, productivity, absenteeism) to identify trends.
Budgeting:
- Monitor and manage HR operational budgets
Key Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS software & Excel
- Leadership and conflict resolution abilities
Experience: 5+ years in HR, with strong experience in manufacturing, automotive, or industrial environments.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
