Position Overview
The Customer Relationship & Sales Executive is responsible for managing customer interactions, lead conversion, front desk operations, and sales coordination at Berry & Co. The role focuses on delivering a premium customer experience, converting enquiries into sales, promoting bakery products, managing customer communication, and ensuring smooth coordination for orders, events, and customized requirements.
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Engagement & Front Desk Management
- Provide a warm, professional, and premium welcome experience to all guests.
- Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and support repeat business.
2. Lead Management & Sales Conversion
- Collect and manage customer leads from various sources.
- Conduct follow-up calls, WhatsApp communication, and customer engagement activities to convert enquiries into sales.
- Maintain accurate lead trackers and sales conversion reports.
- Promote cakes, pastries, and bakery products through effective product pitching and upselling.
3. WhatsApp & Digital Customer Communication
- Manage official WhatsApp Business communication.
- Share daily updates, offers, new product launches, and promotional content.
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries through digital channels.
4. Cake Counter & Order Coordination
- Ensure attractive cake counter display, hygiene, and product presentation standards.
- Verify cake orders, customer details, customization requirements, and delivery instructions.
- Coordinate with kitchen and delivery teams for smooth order execution.
- Monitor product availability, expiry control, and stock requirements.
5. Event & Bulk Order Management
- Handle enquiries related to events, bulk orders, corporate requirements, and customized orders.
- Coordinate with Operations Manager, Service Captain, and Kitchen Team for successful execution.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and conversion of enquiries into confirmed bookings.
6. Reporting & Coordination
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to leads, sales, customer feedback, and order status.
- Maintain customer databases and track sales opportunities.
- Escalate customer concerns and operational issues to the Operations Manager.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, or front office roles preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
- Strong sales approach with the ability to convert enquiries into business.
- Good knowledge of bakery products, customer engagement, and digital communication.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
