Role Overview
A Field Sales Executive works on the ground to generate leads, meet potential clients, build relationships, and achieve sales targets by directly interacting with customers in assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit potential and existing customers in assigned areas
- Promote and explain company products or services
- Generate new leads through field visits, referrals, and networking
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and close deals
- Collect customer feedback and market insights
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and update CRM systems
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, support, logistics)

Qualifications
