Role Overview
We are looking for a sincere, disciplined, and confident communicator to coordinate with hospitals for clinical validation projects, ensure timely follow-ups, maintain data tracking, and support research publication activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with hospitals, radiologists, and diagnostic centers for AI validation projects
- Regular follow-ups to ensure:
- Case data collection
- Report validation
- Timely completion of studies
- Maintain hospital-wise trackers and validation datasets
- Ensure proper documentation for:
- Sensitivity / specificity analysis
- False positive/false negative tracking
- Work with internal AI and radiology teams for data alignment
- Assist in preparing research papers, abstracts, and publications
- Travel to hospitals as required
Required Skills
- Strong communication skills (English + Hindi; Marathi is a plus)
- Excellent follow-up and coordination ability
- Basic understanding of medical imaging (X-ray, CT, MRI)
- Good in Excel / Google Sheets (tracking & reporting)
- Organized and detail-oriented
Preferred Background
- BDS / BAMS / BHMS / BPT
- BSc / MSc Life Sciences / Biotechnology
- B.Pharm / M.Pharm
- Experience in:
- Hospitals/diagnostics
- Clinical research / trials
- Pharma field work
Experience
- 0–3 years (Freshers with strong communication can apply)
- 1–3 years preferred
