CNC Machine Programmer & Operator – Furniture/Modular Industry
- Create and modify CNC programs using CAD/CAM software based on furniture drawings and production requirements.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, furniture designs, dimensions, and cutting lists.
- Set machine parameters, tools, cutting speeds, feeds, and work coordinates.
- Load and position MDF, plywood, particle board, solid wood, or other furniture materials correctly.
- Perform machine setup, tool changes, zero setting, and program testing.
- Monitor machine operation and identify issues such as tool wear, incorrect cutting, vibration, or dimensional errors.
- Make necessary program adjustments to achieve accurate and high-quality components.
- Minimize material wastage and optimize cutting and nesting layouts.
- Maintain production records, CNC programs, and tooling information.
- Carry out routine cleaning, lubrication, and basic preventive maintenance.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of CNC programming and machine operation.
- Experience with furniture manufacturing and wood-based panels.
- Ability to read technical/furniture drawings.
- Knowledge of CAD/CAM software and CNC control systems.
- Understanding of G-code and CNC machining principles.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
