Salary: ₹12,000 to ₹15,000 onwards (Based on experience)
Job Description:
We are hiring Collection Executives to ensure timely collection of customer payments and maintain positive customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Collect installment payments from customers.
- Follow up on pending dues and overdue accounts.
- Maintain accurate collection records.
- Coordinate with customers regarding payment schedules.
- Submit daily collection reports.
- Resolve customer payment-related concerns.
Requirements:
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Experience in collections or chit funds is an added advantage.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
- Ability to work in the field.
