Bosch Automotive Electronics India Pvt. Ltd. (RBAI) is a 100% subsidiary of Robert Bosch GmbH . Established in 2009, in Naganathapura - Bengaluru, RBAI is primarily focused in manufacturing electronic products for the automotive sector. RBAI has consistently added an average of one product every year resulting in a wide range of products comprising – Engine Control Units (ECU) for both 4W and 2W, Body Control Modules (BCM), ECUs for ABS, DC-DC Converters, iTraMS (Intelligent communication control unit) to name a few. RBAI also produces products for eMobility like MCU (Motor control Unit), C-Box (Communication Box), VCUs (Vehicle Control Unit), Central gateway modules and is geared up for other futuristic products. Job Description

Develop and maintain relationships with Customers, OEMs, distributors, and ecosystem partners.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demand developments. Drive acquisition activities for new EMS opportunities

Coordinate RFQ evaluation, costing, and quotation preparation

Act as primary customer interface for commercial and project topics

Identify growth opportunities within existing customer accounts
-
Coordinate activities between sales, engineering, operations, supply chain, and quality
-
Ensure alignment between customer requirements and internal capabilities
-
Drive issue resolution and change management activities
-
Support smooth transition into serial production
-
Manage customer projects from opportunity identification through mass production ramp-up.

Track project milestones, deliverables, timelines, and risk mitigation activities.

Develop and manage strategic customer relationships for the EMS business, ensuring customer satisfaction through regular engagement, business reviews, and proactive support activities.

Coordinate customer interface activities including support to contract manufacturers/resident engineers, while maintaining sales pipeline visibility, forecasts, and CRM updates.
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Electronics, Industrial Engineering. Preferable MBA in Operations Management or Sales & Marketing

10+ years of experience in EMS, electronics manufacturing, or project management. Experience with customer acquisition and industrialization projects. International customer experience preferred
