*Field Marketing Executive – Construction / Real Estate Sales**
**Job Description:**
* Responsible for field marketing activities for construction and real estate projects.
* Identify and generate new project opportunities.
* Promote and sell plots, land, and villas to prospective customers.
* Meet clients directly, conduct site visits, and explain project details.
* Build relationships with customers and achieve sales targets.
* Generate leads through field visits, local campaigns, and referrals.
* Coordinate with the sales team and management regarding customer requirements.
* Maintain daily reports of customer interactions and sales activities.
**Requirements:**
* Must own a bike and possess a valid driving license.
* Good communication and negotiation skills.
* Experience in field marketing, construction, or real estate sales is preferred.
* Ability to travel extensively for customer meetings and site visits
