Job Overview:
We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have experience in online bidding platforms, client acquisition, client relationship management, and digital marketing. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate business opportunities through platforms such as Upwork and Freelancer.
- Prepare and submit proposals, bids, and quotations to prospective clients.
- Identify client requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to project closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Support digital marketing initiatives to generate leads and enhance brand visibility.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience with Upwork and Freelancer bidding platforms.
- Strong client management and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of digital marketing concepts and lead generation strategies.
- Ability to understand client requirements and prepare effective proposals.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Experience in IT services, software development, or digital marketing sales will be an advantage.
