Designation Sales & Marketing Manager
Experience 5 - 7 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve business targets.
- Handle client interactions and key account management, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop clients within the refractory and related sectors.
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams for on-site product application, trials, and technical support as needed.
- Oversee planning, contractor labor arrangements, and execution of on-site projects.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about competitors, pricing, and industry trends.
- Plan and oversee marketing activities such as trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns.
- Prepare and present periodic sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Engineering (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in refractory, ceramic, or industrial material sectors.
- Strong client handling and communication skills.
- Ability to understand technical product applications and support customers on-site when required.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel frequently to client locations and project sites.
