We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused sales officer to join our Real estate & Construction company. The candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling the company's properties , construction services, and related offerings while maintaining strong relationships with clients .The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skill, sales abilities, and a passion for achieving targets.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the real estate and construction sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, consultants, brokers, and channel partners.
- Conduct market research to identify potential projects, customer needs, and industry trends.
- Arrange meetings, site visits, and presentations for prospective clients and stakeholders.
- Prepare business proposals, presentations, quotations, and contractual documents.
- Coordinate with internal departments including sales, marketing, design, and project execution teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close business deals.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities through CRM systems.
- Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets within specified timelines.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums to enhance brand visibility.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
