Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our team in Thane. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or chat
Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Provide product/service information to customers
Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction
Required Skills:
Good communication skills (Hindi & English mandatory)
Basic computer knowledge
Problem-solving and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle pressure and multitask
Customer-oriented attitude
Eligibility Criteria: HSC With Minimum 6 months of experience or Graduate Freshers .
Good verbal communication skills in English.
Fresher or experienced candidates can apply

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
