Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Apex Development, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Integrations, and Salesforce Platform Development. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and enhancing enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions while collaborating closely with business stakeholders and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements.
- Build and customize applications using Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, and Asynchronous Processing.
- Develop and enhance Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Salesforce UI customizations.
- Configure and optimize Salesforce Flows, Process Automation, Validation Rules, and Approval Processes.
- Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and ERP systems, third-party platforms, and enterprise applications using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and Middleware tools.
- Follow Salesforce best practices, coding standards, security models, and governor limits.
- Participate in technical design discussions, code reviews, and solution architecture planning.
- Troubleshoot production issues, optimize application performance, and ensure platform stability.
- Work directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze challenges, and propose effective technical solutions.
- Support deployment activities, release management, and continuous platform improvements.
Mandatory Skills:
- 7+ years of overall IT experience with 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce Development experience.

- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Configuration:

- Experience in Lightning Web Components (LWC) development.
- Strong experience in Salesforce Integrations with ERP systems and external applications.
- Proficiency in REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and Integration Frameworks.
- Good understanding of Salesforce Data Model, Security Architecture, and Performance Optimization.
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Mandatory Certification:
- Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1) Certification – Mandatory
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud or Sales Cloud implementations.
- Exposure to Salesforce DX, CI/CD pipelines, Git, and DevOps practices.
- Knowledge of Integration Platforms such as MuleSoft, Boomi, or Informatica.
- Experience with Enterprise Application Integrations and Digital Transformation projects.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
