We are looking for a highly skilled Performance Marketer who can independently manage Meta Ads, Google Ads, campaign optimization, competitor research, and performance-driven growth strategies. Key responsibilities - Plan, launch, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns. - Create and manage Google Ads campaigns including Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube, and Lead Generation. - Generate high-quality leads while maintaining target CPL, CPA, ROAS, and ROI. - Conduct competitor research and market analysis. - Perform audience research, campaign structuring, and A/B testing. - Manage advertising budgets and scale profitable campaigns. - Handle social media marketing and campaign coordination. - Develop data-driven marketing strategies for lead generation and business growth. - Analyze campaign performance and prepare weekly and monthly reports. - Coordinate with the creative team for high-converting ad creatives and landing pages. - Track conversions using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Meta Pixel, and conversion APIs.
