Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Client Servicing Executive to manage and maintain strong relationships with clients for our digital marketing and advertising agency. The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth execution of campaigns, timely communication, and excellent client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Understand client business goals, marketing objectives, and campaign requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams including creative, social media, performance marketing, SEO, and web development teams.
- Manage campaign timelines, deliverables, and approvals.
- Prepare client briefs, presentations, reports, and meeting notes.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and status meetings with clients.
- Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within scope.
- Monitor campaign performance and share insights with clients.
- Handle client queries, feedback, and escalations professionally.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling agency services.
- Maintain strong long-term client relationships.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in client servicing, account management, advertising, or digital marketing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of digital marketing channels such as social media, SEO, Google Ads, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Excellent coordination and project management abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and presentation tools.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working in an advertising or digital marketing agency.
- Knowledge of campaign reporting tools and analytics platforms.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
