We are hiring an experienced Captain Cum Waiter for our casual dining restaurant in Calicut. We are looking for energetic, customer-focused, and well-presented candidates who can provide excellent dining service and lead the floor professionally.
Experience Required
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in a casual dining or restaurant environment
- Experience handling guests professionally
- Knowledge of restaurant billing and POS systems is mandatory
Responsibilities
- Welcome and attend guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Operate POS billing system efficiently
- Coordinate with kitchen and service staff
- Ensure smooth table service and customer satisfaction
- Handle guest complaints politely and professionally
- Maintain cleanliness and service standards in the dining area
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- POS software experience required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Team player with positive attitude
- Basic English, Hindi and Malayalam communication preferred
