System Engineer (Fresher)

About the Role
We are seeking motivated System Engineers (Freshers) to join our IT support and infrastructure team. This role is ideal for graduates eager to build a career in system administration, networking, and troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, support, and maintain hardware and software infrastructure.
- Monitor network usage and computer systems.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
- Collaborate with IT staff and other departments to resolve technical problems.
- Maintain records and prepare reports as required.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Knowledge of Windows & Linux OS, Networking, Hardware, Routers, and UTMs.
- Familiarity with computer networks.
- Strong troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Hardworking, disciplined, and eager to learn.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
Job Details
- Experience: Fresher / up to 1 year
- Age Preference: Up to 35 years
- Salary Range: ₹2.00 LPA – ₹2.55 LPA
- Location: Sanpada, Navi Mumbai (near railway station complex)
- Working Days: 5 days a week
- Shift Hours: 9‑hour rotational shifts
