Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers and leads.
- Explain company services and offers professionally.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain records.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations team.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- Maintain proper customer data and call reports.
Requirements
- Good communication skills in Malayalam and basic English.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive attitude and customer handling skills.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
