Role:
We are currently looking for an Account Manager to join us. In this role, you will play a key role in client communication, servicing and being the bridge between our client strategic & operation objective to our deliveries.
- Should have prior experience with Advertising agencies with large clients.
- Industry research capabilities, to understand Client’s business environment.
- Understand client’s challenges, objectives, the external economic environment and industries.
- Act as the point of contact for day-to-day client needs; responsible for alignment with client objectives
- Work collaboratively to translate client needs into tactical solutions
- Create, execute, and maintain project plans to meet continuously changing needs/requirements.
- Generation of estimates and obtaining of budgetary approvals from Clients.
- Close interaction with design, planning, project management and execution teams to review delivery of services.
- Documentation and maintenance of Client archive and interaction history.
- Connects with client to support delivery of communication and service.
- Organic growth opportunities: Upsell amend crossell All services to existing client EG Technology solutions
Business Skills
- Presenting of credentials and leveraging the same with Client.
- Developing Proposals and Pitches for Prospective clients
