Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic, smart, and target-driven Sales Executive with experience in the construction, architecture, interior design, building materials, or operable wall industry. The candidate should be confident in handling field sales, client meetings, telecalling, lead follow-ups, business development, and relationship management. A multitasking professional with strong communication and negotiation skills is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, networking, and client meetings
- Promote and sell operable wall solutions and related products/services
- Build relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, consultants, builders, and corporate clients
- Follow up on inquiries, prepare quotations, and coordinate with internal teams until order closure
- Conduct site visits, product presentations, and client demonstrations when required
- Maintain a sales pipeline and achieve monthly sales targets
- Identify new projects, market opportunities, and potential customers
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and sales activities
Requirements
- Graduate/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, Marketing, or related field
- 2–5 years of sales experience in construction materials, interiors, building products, operable walls, partitions, ceilings, furniture systems, or related industries
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Comfortable with field sales, telecalling, client visits, and business development activities
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits

Salary
- ₹16,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Performance Incentives
