Job Summary:
We are looking for a Microbiologist – QC to ensure microbiological quality of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished herbal products. The role focuses on testing, documentation, and compliance with quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform microbiological testing of raw materials, water, in-process, and finished goods
- Conduct tests such as Total Plate Count (TPC), Yeast & Mold Count, and pathogen analysis
- Monitor environmental conditions (air, surface, and personnel hygiene)
- Maintain aseptic conditions and follow standard lab practices
- Prepare culture media, reagents, and maintain lab instruments
- Record and maintain test reports, logs, and QC documentation
- Identify contamination issues and support corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO, and quality standards
- Assist in audits, validations, and method standardization
- Coordinate with QA and Production teams for quality-related issues
- Maintain lab cleanliness, safety, and inventory
- Preparation and updating of sop stp and other documentation
Requirements:
- B.Sc / M.Sc in Microbiology
- Basic knowledge of microbiological testing methods
- Familiarity with QC lab procedures and documentation
- Good observation and analytical skills

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹11,265.95 per month
