About Position:
As a SOC Manager you will be responsible for leading a team of security professionals and managing all aspects of the Security Operations Center for client engagements. You will oversee the delivery of SOC services ensure the effective detection and response to cybersecurity threats and maintain strong client relationships. Leveraging your extensive experience and leadership skills you will drive excellence in service delivery implement best practices and contribute to the overall success of the clients security program.

Service Delivery Oversight: - Oversee the delivery of SOC services including monitoring detection analysis and response to security incidents. - Ensure that SOC operations adhere to service level agreements (SLAs) and meet client expectations for performance and quality. 4. Incident Response and Threat Management: - Lead and coordinate incident response activities for client engagements including triage investigation and remediation. - Manage the handling of security incidents according to established procedures and protocols. 5. Security Tool Management and Optimization: - Manage and optimize security tools and technologies used within the SOC environment ensuring they meet the needs of client engagements. - Evaluate and recommend new security solutions and technologies to enhance SOC capabilities. 6. Process Improvement and Best Practices: - Continuously assess and improve SOC processes procedures and workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. - Implement best practices and industry standards to ensure the highest level of service delivery. 7. Client Communication and Reporting: - Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on SOC operations incident response activities and security posture. - Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports and presentations to clients on SOC performance and security metrics. 8. Compliance and Risk Management: - Ensure that SOC operations comply with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards. - Conduct risk assessments and implement controls to mitigate security risks for client engagements.9. Training and Development: - Identify training needs and opportunities for skill development within the SOC team. - Facilitate training sessions workshops and certifications to enhance technical and professional competencies.

s:- Bachelors degree in computer science Information Security or a related field or equivalent experience.- 10 to 13 years of experience in cybersecurity with a focus on SOC operations incident response and client management.- Proven track record of managing SOC teams and delivering security services to clients.- Strong technical expertise in security tools technologies and best practices.- Excellent leadership communication and stakeholder management skills.- Relevant certifications such as CISSP CISM or GIAC certifications are preferred.
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
