We are looking for a results-driven and client-focused Sr. Sales Executive to join our team at WisewayTec. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with clients, presenting IT and digital solutions, and converting qualified leads into business opportunities while driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle meetings with prospective and existing clients
- Present and position company services (IT / Web3 / Blockchain solutions) effectively
- Understand client requirements and recommend tailored solutions
- Maintain consistent follow-ups to convert leads into closures
- Drive and consistently achieve monthly sales targets
- Actively contribute to overall revenue growth of the organization
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update CRM systems regularly
- Coordinate with internal and technical teams for proposals and client requirements
- Support negotiations and assist in closing deals
- Build, manage, and maintain long-term client relationships
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence in handling client conversations and objections
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and sales tracking systems
- Strong follow-up, negotiation, and persuasion skills
- Ability to work in a high-performance, target-driven environment
Mandatory Requirement
- Experience in IT services, digital solutions, or similar domains is mandatory
Preferred Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in inside sales / client servicing
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong client-handling and closing abilities
- Ability to manage multiple leads and conversations efficiently
