Roles and Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and networking.
- Identify client requirements and suggest suitable IT solutions and services.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Schedule meetings and presentations with prospective clients.
- Coordinate with the technical team for project discussions and proposals.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain CRM and client database records.
- Follow up with leads and ensure timely closures.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of IT services and software solutions.
- Confidence in client handling and negotiations.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn, email communication, and MS Office.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
- Strong presentation and follow-up skills.
Qualification
- MBA (Marketing)B-tech(CSE or IT).
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidates with interest in IT Sales or Business Development.
- Prior experience in Software, IT Services, or AI Sales will be an added advantage.
- Fluent in English, Hindi, and local language preferred.
