Responsibilities / Job Description: • Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned Business Partners • Achieve/exceed established target revenues and gross margin and other key performance indicators. • Sales through Business Partner Network (BPN) to end users in coordination with sales resources • Proactively recruits new qualifying partners. • Responsible for training of Sales team of Partners along with Educating partners about product portfolio and services offered. • Manage sales and marketing activities for partners to generate leads and revenue. • Manage sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales and identify new business opportunities. • Work with partners to develop sale proposals, quotations, pricings, product demonstrations etc. • Address partner related issues, sales conflicts and pricing issues in a timely manner • Communicate up-to-date information about new products and enhancements to partners.
Eligibility Criteria: • 2 to 5 years of experience in managing channel / Business partners especially in software/service, SaaS industry. • Motivated individual who can work without continuous supervision and be responsible for all aspects of business in his/her market Segment. • Effective communicator in conversations with Management Personnel.
