Butler – Adani Lounge, Mumbai International Airport (T2)
Job Summary:
Responsible for delivering personalized guest service, attending to guest requests, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a premium lounge experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist lounge guests.
- Provide food and beverage service.
- Handle guest queries and special requests.
- Maintain high standards of hospitality and grooming.
- Coordinate with operations and culinary teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Graduate/Diploma in Hotel Management preferred.
- 2–5 years of hospitality experience.
- Excellent communication and guest service skills.
- Well-groomed and customer-focused.
