Position: Crusher Maintenance & Transport In-ChargeLocation: PalladamEmployment Type: Full-Time
Job Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the maintenance and day-to-day operation of the crusher plant.
- Monitor crusher machinery, conveyors, screens, vibrators, motors and other equipment.
- Identify mechanical/electrical issues and coordinate timely repairs and maintenance.
- Ensure minimum breakdown time and smooth production.
- Coordinate lorry/transport operations, including vehicle scheduling and dispatch.
- Communicate with lorry drivers and ensure timely loading and delivery of materials.
- Maintain records of vehicle movements, maintenance, breakdowns and diesel usage.
- Coordinate with supervisors, operators, mechanics and drivers.
- Ensure proper safety procedures are followed in the crusher and transport areas.
- Handle day-to-day operational issues and report major problems to management.
Requirements
- Previous experience in crusher plant maintenance and/or transport operations is preferred.
- Good knowledge of crusher machinery and basic maintenance.
- Ability to manage workers, drivers and daily operations.
- Must be able to speak Tamil and Hindi.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Responsible, punctual and capable of handling work independently.
- Willingness to work according to plant requirements.
Salary
Salary: Based on experience and capability.
Experienced candidates are preferred. If the selected candidate performs very well and takes good responsibility for maintenance and transport operations, the salary can be increased based on performance.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
