Position: MIS Executive
Experience: 3-6 years (Preferred Industry: Tile Adhesive/ Construction Chemicals/ Building Materials, Cement, Paints, Industrial Chemicals, Speciality Chemicals)
- Location: Sola, Ahmedabad
- Joining: Immediate to early availability preferred
- Must have skills: Advanced Excel (slab logic, pivot, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF Formulas, basic macros) · Power BI or equivalent reporting tool knowledge, · ERP billing + credit note module
- Good analytical and coordination skills, attention to detail and accuracy
The ideal candidate should be capable to be the data and analytics backbone of the Sales Operations function. Own two inter-linked responsibilities: (1) timely MIS reports (2) manage the full lifecycle of all channel partner schemes — calculation, closure, payout, and dispute resolution — ensuring the channel is always informed and paid on time.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales MIS & Reporting
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales MIS reports
- Maintain sales data and reporting trackers
- Generate region-wise, product-wise, and sales team-wise reports
- Prepare target vs achievement reports
- Support management with basic sales analysis and data reports
- Extract data from ERP/DMS systems
2. Channel Scheme Management
- Maintain records of ongoing channel partner schemes
- Calculate scheme eligibility and payouts as per approved structure
- Prepare scheme working sheets and payout files
- Coordinate with Finance for credit notes and payout processing
- Track pending claims and scheme closures
- Handle basic distributor/dealer queries related to schemes
3. Data Management & Coordination
- Ensure accuracy of sales and scheme data
- Reconcile sales and scheme reports when required
- Coordinate with Sales, Finance, and Marketing teams
- Maintain proper documentation and records for schemes and reports
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
