Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor end-to-end shipment processes (air, sea, and road)
- Prepare packing lists, AWB, BL, etc.
- Liaise with freight forwarders, CHA, transporters, and inter department for smooth operations
- Track shipments and provide regular update to management
- Ensure timely delivery of goods as per schedule and customer requirements
- Resolve shipment delays, discrepancies, or operational issues efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of shipments
- Negotiate freight rates and coordinate with vendors for cost-effective solutions
- Ensure adherence to company policies and logistics procedures
