Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented IT Product Field Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling IT products and services to clients in designated sectors. You will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by developing and nurturing relationships with both existing and prospective clients.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect, qualify, and generate sales leads through various channels including cold calls, networking, referrals & existing clients
- Understand client requirements and tailor product offerings to meet their specific needs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as product development and customer support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas on a consistent basis.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors, and market developments to identify new opportunities for business growth.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales forecasts, reports, and other documentation as required.
- Provide feedback to management on customer needs, market trends, and competitive intelligence.
Qualifications:
- Any bachelor’s degree / Masters degree.
- Proven track record of success in IT product sales, with 0-5 years of experience in a similar.
- Strong understanding of IT products and services, including software, hardware, networking, and solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
- Results-driven with a strong sense of urgency and initiative.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- A passion for technology and a commitment to staying updated on industry trends and advancements.
