### ABOUT THE COMPANY
ACIS Labs is building two products in parallel. The first is SHAMBALA — a cinematic spiritual content operation built to deliver channeled transmissions and information from spiritual and galactic beings across 14+ languages, through cinematic video, professional voice audio, and immersive soundscapes. The second is a global-meditation application designed to help people coordinate meditation across their local time zones and languages — selecting a time slot, seeing who else is online, and joining world meditations together. This is a serious and ambitious undertaking, developed with structured production pipelines, defined quality standards, and a clear global audience strategy. The founder leads the vision, the scripts, the research, and the on-camera work; this role exists to take ownership of everything else.

### THE ROLE
You are the **Technical Project Manager** for ACIS Labs.
The systems are already pre-defined and are being built. The architecture, the technical decisions, and the engineering direction are already in place. Your job is not to design them —
it is to **operate** them: to take a fully set-up production system and keep it
moving, day after day, across both projects.
You are the central coordination point. Work flows to you, you turn it into
action, you track it to completion, and you keep the founder free to focus on
content and direction. If you are organized, technically literate, and you close
every loop you open, this role is for you.
**This is an entry-level position open to fresh graduates.** You will not be
expected to make architectural or technical-design decisions — those are set.
You will be expected to run the operation with ownership and precision.
---
### RESPONSIBILITIES
**Primary — Non-Negotiable:**
1. **Delivery and coordination across both projects**
- Keep the AI video pipeline and the meditation app moving day to day
- Turn the roadmap into tasks, track them to completion, and keep work
flowing without the founder having to chase it
2. **Team coordination**
- Coordinate the team — in-office staff plus a small number of remote
contributors
- Assign work, follow up, surface and clear blockers, keep everyone unblocked
- Escalate only true strategic or creative decisions to the founder; handle
everything operational yourself.
3. **Video production coordination**
- Coordinate the full video-production process end to end, from asset
generation through to published output.
4. **Delivery workflow ownership (GitHub)**
- Keep the GitHub-based workflow clean and on track — issues, branches, pull
requests, merges (If you haven't worked on Github before, we will teach you)
- Maintain release and merge discipline
5. **Overview-level quality assurance**
- Confirm delivered work meets the bar, and require proof of completion
before anything is accepted
- Detailed QA is handled by automated tooling and the engineers — you own the
overview layer and hold the standard
6. **Technical operations coordination**
- Coordinate the technical operations of the system — the database, the
dashboard, the pipeline tooling, and how the pieces fit together — well
enough to manage and communicate them accurately. You will be reuired to use AI as well to speed up your tasks.
7. **Security coordination**
- Make sure security tasks are scoped, tracked, and completed
- You are not expected to be a security expert — approaches are defined with
the founder; you ensure they are implemented and maintained
8. **Reporting**
- Deliver clear, concise, decision-oriented status updates to the founder
**Secondary — Expected as You Grow:**
9. **Process and documentation hygiene**
- Keep processes, documentation, and operational records clean and current as
both projects scale
---
### WHAT STAYS WITH THE FOUNDER
To be clear about the boundary of this role — the following are not part of it:
- Creative direction, scripts, research, and all on-camera content
- Product vision and all architectural / technical-design decisions
- Final strategic and creative calls
---
### REQUIRED SKILLS
**Must have:**
- Technical literacy —
- Strong organization and follow-through — you track many moving pieces, close
every loop, and let nothing slip
- Excellent written communication — clear, concise, decisive
- High ownership and self-direction — you move things forward without being told
twice, and you are comfortable holding others to a standard
- A fast learner who can pick up an already-built system and run it
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and steady under a consistent workload
**Strongly preferred:**
- Familiarity with GitHub workflows (issues, branches, pull requests)
- Exposure to Python, AI/ML tooling, databases, or web/dashboard development
- Any coordination or team-lead experience — academic projects, clubs, or
internships
**Nice to have, but not mandatory, (as your human motivation is what will be needed here, with a basic technical foundation):**
- Either pursuing a college degree, or a recent degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related technical field
**Not required:**
- You do not need prior professional experience — this is an entry-level role
- You do not need experience in the content domain; the content is produced by
the system. This is a technical coordination role.
- You do not need to be a security or infrastructure or database expert

### WHAT WE DO NOT TOLERATE
This is a professional operation with high standards. The following are treated
seriously:
- **Dropped tasks and missed follow-ups.** Your core job is that nothing slips.
If something is at risk, communicate early — silence followed by a missed
deliverable is unacceptable.
- **Accepting work as "done" without proof.** Completion requires evidence. Hold
the standard.
- **Sharing or distributing any ACIS Labs content, code, or assets outside the
designated channels.** Everything is confidential until published. You will be needed to sign an NDA for that.
We are building something meaningful. We invest in our team, we communicate
