Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and hardworking VMC Operator to join our manufacturing team in Bhosari MIDC, Pune. The candidate should have hands-on experience in operating VMC machines and knowledge of machining processes, measuring instruments, and program handling.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate VMC machines efficiently and safely
- Perform tool setting and offset setting
- Read and understand engineering drawings
- Edit basic VMC programs when required
- Handle measuring instruments such as Vernier, Micrometer, and Height Gauge
- Ensure quality standards and production targets are maintained
- Coordinate with production and quality teams for smooth operations
Requirements
- 1–5 years of experience as a VMC Operator
- Experience with Fanuc or Mitsubishi controllers preferred
- Knowledge of drawing reading and machine setup
- Basic VMC program editing knowledge
- Familiarity with measuring instruments
- Ability to work in rotational shifts if required
