We are looking for a skilled and experienced North Indian Chef to join our restaurant team.

Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare authentic North Indian dishes with consistent taste and quality.
- Handle preparation of gravies, curries, tandoori items, breads, and special dishes.
- Maintain food quality, presentation, and hygiene standards.
- Monitor kitchen stock and coordinate with the store for required items.
- Ensure proper use of kitchen equipment and raw materials.
- Support menu planning and introduce special dishes when required.
- Work closely with the kitchen team during busy hours.
Requirements:
- Minimum experience in North Indian cuisine preferred.
- Good knowledge of Indian spices, gravies, and cooking methods.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen.
- Teamwork and time management skills.
- Responsible and disciplined attitude.
