Position Name: Loan Process Executive
Experience: Minimum 1 Year
Location: Moshi, Pune
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Key Responsibilities
- Handle loan applications from submission to disbursement.
- Collect and verify customer KYC and financial documents.
- Review loan applications for completeness and accuracy.
- Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions for loan approval.
- Maintain regular follow-up with customers regarding pending documents and application status.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and lender guidelines.
- Prepare and maintain loan files and MIS reports.
- Track loan approval, sanction, and disbursement timelines.
- Resolve customer queries related to loan processing.
- Update CRM/software with accurate customer and application details.
- Coordinate with sales and relationship managers to ensure smooth loan processing.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
Requirements:
- Graduate in Commerce, Management, Finance, or any related field.
- MBA/PGDM preferred (not mandatory).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong documentation and verification skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Knowledge of banking and loan processing procedures.
- Basic understanding of home loans, personal loans, business loans, vehicle loans, etc.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and CRM software.
- Ability to work under deadlines.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Problem-solving ability.
