Job Description: Payment Posting – RCM
Experience: Minimum 1 year in Payment Posting – Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
Shift: Day Shift
Key Responsibilities:
Post payments from insurance companies, patients, and other payers accurately into the billing system.
Reconcile payments with Explanation of Benefits (EOB) and Electronic Remittance Advice (ERA).
Identify and resolve payment discrepancies, denials, and adjustments.
Ensure timely and accurate posting of payments to maintain revenue integrity.
Work closely with the AR and billing teams to ensure correct financial reporting.
Maintain compliance with HIPAA and healthcare regulations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of experience in Payment Posting under RCM.
Strong understanding of EOBs, ERAs, and healthcare billing processes.
Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
Proficiency in healthcare billing software and MS Excel.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
