Key Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture relationships with assigned clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Understand client requirements and translate them into clear briefs for creative, digital, media, and production teams.
- Coordinate campaign planning and execution, ensuring timely delivery and quality output.
- Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and status updates.
- Prepare proposals, estimates, timelines, and campaign reports.
- Monitor project progress, manage timelines, and ensure deliverables are completed within agreed deadlines.
- Handle client feedback, resolve concerns proactively, and maintain smooth communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell agency services.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure campaigns meet client objectives and brand guidelines.
- Stay updated on industry trends, marketing innovations, and competitor activities.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Advertising, or a related field.
- MBA in Marketing is an added advantage.
Experience
- 3–6 years of experience in Client Servicing, Account Management, or Client Relationship Management within an advertising, branding, digital, or integrated marketing agency.
Experience handling multiple clients and cross-functional teams is preferred.
